Many adults experience concerns about falling that restrict their activities. The A Matter of Balance program is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This FREE eight-week class will emphasize practical strategies to help manage falls. The class will discuss how to view falls as controllable by setting goals to increase activities, learning strategies to reduce fall risks at home and increasing strength and balance.
