Breast cancer is usually most treatable in its early stages, and mammography is one of the best forms of early detection. Support group for women who have experienced any type of cancer. Meets at 6:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the Medical Office Building, next to the hospital, Suite 3F – MOMM's Place. Call (941) 745-6925.
Yoga Class for anyone who has been affected by cancer, as well as caregivers. Every Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Medical Office Building, next to the hospital, Suite 3F – MOMM's Place. Call (941) 921-5539, ext. 211.
