If you're a patient, former patient, family member or friend, you can share your thoughts and learn from the experiences of others in free support groups at Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Diabetes Support Group

Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 6 to 7 p.m. at:

HOPE Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors and Caregivers

Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 4 – 6 p.m. at:

Each month a different topic and speaker will be featured. This support group is in partnership with Florida Home Health and Manatee Memorial Hospital. Dinner is provided. Please RSVP to 941-773-4628 to make a reservation or for questions.

MOMM's Place: Infant and Mom Group

Want to meet other new mothers? Need a shoulder to cry on? Interested in activities that involve you and your children? Then this group is for you. Most of our mothers join us weekly to share lunch, stories, and life's little experiences. It's a great time to get out of the house with the little ones.

Meets every Tuesday, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at:

Weight Loss Support Group

This group helps provide support for those who have already had weight-loss surgery, and answer questions for people pais designed to provide postoperative support and for those interested in learning about surgical weight-loss using the sleeve. The group meets every month at:
