Kevin DiLallo Promoted to Group Vice President

King of Prussia, PA — Kevin DiLallo has been promoted to Group Vice President of the Acute Care Division of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). In his new role, Kevin will be responsible for overseeing operations at Manatee Memorial Health System, which includes Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.

Kevin joined UHS in February 1998 as COO of Wellington Regional Medical Center and was promoted to CEO/Managing Director in May 2000. He received recognition at UHS by earning the company's Chairman's Council Award on three occasions and the Eagle Award once. While he was CEO/Managing Director at Wellington Regional Medical Center, the hospital received UHS' coveted Service Excellence Award. The hospital also received several other national awards, including the Solucient Top 100 award for four consecutive years from 2002 to 2005. Kevin has more than 25 years of healthcare administrative experience, and has worked at health systems in New Jersey, Oklahoma and Florida. He is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives and serves as the Regent for the organization in Florida. Kevin received a Bachelors of Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology.

Kevin and his wife Jo-Ann have three children. Their eldest, Matthew (22) is a graduate of University of Colorado, Marcus (20) is in his second year at Yale University, and Andrew (19) is a freshman at Davidson College in North Carolina.
