Breast cancer is usually most treatable in its early stages, and mammography is one of the best forms of early detection. The equipment used in the Breast Care Center at Manatee Memorial Hospital produces images with high contrast and high definition to visualize details throughout the breast.

Women Living with Cancer meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month in the Medical Office Building, next to the hospital, Suite 3F – MOMM's Place.
